2. Arrange shipping
We confirm whether we can inspect the device and provide the shipping address. Shipping costs, return delivery and the expected process are agreed individually.
3. Inspection and repair
On arrival, we inspect the device and discuss the work and price. Repairs require your approval; any diagnostic charges are agreed in advance.
4. Arrange return delivery
After the agreed repair, the device is sent back to you. Timing depends on the fault, parts availability and our arrangement.

- Use a sturdy, well-padded box. Include a fault description and the agreed reference.
- Do not ship swollen, damaged or unusually hot batteries. Contact us and check the carrier’s requirements first.
- Only include accessories and your SIM card if agreed. Any required access codes are discussed separately.

No. Our workshop is in Abtwil near St. Gallen. We cover Switzerland through mail-in repairs by prior arrangement.
