Laptop repairs: screen, battery and ports
A cracked screen, damaged port or charging problem needs an assessment for the exact model. Provide the manufacturer, model number and symptoms. With charging faults, we first clarify whether the battery, power supply or charging electronics may be involved. Part availability and repair feasibility are confirmed individually.
Computer repair or software assistance?
Startup problems, image faults and unusual noises may require hardware inspection. A slow computer may instead need software checks, more free storage or a compatible SSD or RAM upgrade. Replacing parts is not automatically necessary; assessment comes first.
How much does a laptop or PC repair cost?
Computer repairs receive an individual quote. Standard diagnosis is free. Complex additional investigations require a prior quotation and your approval. An optional written insurance report costs CHF 49. We cannot give a reliable fixed repair price without the model and fault assessment.

You can enquire from French-speaking Switzerland or Ticino too. Wait for confirmation of repair feasibility and the shipping address, then package the device securely. You pay shipping to Mujitech; we pay return delivery after repair. Handover in Abtwil near St. Gallen is by appointment only.
What to include in your request
Tell us the model, operating system, symptoms and when the problem started. Mention whether you have a backup. Do not send passwords. If data may be lost, do not format or reset the device. Contact us before shipping a device with a swollen battery.

How long does a notebook repair take?
Timing depends on diagnosis, parts and the repair scope. We confirm it personally rather than promise a standard express turnaround.
Will my data be preserved?
Data preservation cannot be guaranteed during repairs. Back up important files if possible and mention any existing data loss in your enquiry.
Can a business request repairs?
Yes. Describe the affected computers, number of devices and problem. Hardware procurement and ongoing IT support are agreed separately.
