Free diagnosis. Agree repair costs first.

We check the fault and discuss the possible repair and estimated cost with you. This assessment is free. It does not include a written report for your insurer. Only if you want written documentation for your insurer: on request, we prepare a report with a condition and damage description, photos and a repair-cost estimate for CHF 49. Standard diagnosis remains free. Complex additional investigations require a prior quotation and your approval. Please check with your insurer beforehand whether it accepts the report and covers the fee.

What does the part quality mean?

Original Service Pack means a manufacturer service replacement part. Original Pulled means an original part removed from another device. Premium is an aftermarket part category, not a promise of an original manufacturer part; we confirm the exact screen technology and compatibility for your model.

The listed repair price includes the specified replacement part and the labour for that repair. We confirm part availability and suitability before the order. We only address additional faults or provide further services with your approval.
